About Housing Partnership Inc.

Housing Partnership, Inc., a member of Community Partners, began in 1986 and has come to believe that finding impactful solutions to complex community issues requires an approach that is both holistic and focused. In all that we do, we strive to work with the person in the context of their family, and with the family in the context of their community.

Community Partners has developed an array of innovative and economically sustainable paths to affordable housing and community living for low to moderate income families, as well as for those with special needs. Our dedicated staff of professionals operates onsite in communities throughout the county and is headquartered in Riviera Beach, Florida. As a chartered affiliate of the national NeighborWorks America, Housing Partnership assists families in Palm Beach County through the resources and services of its Homeownership Department, Supportive Housing Services, and Community Services.
